Thank you for the report. I can’t recreate the issue on my end. Does the issue appear when all scripts are disabled? If so, please provide a link to the segment where you tried using the shortcuts.

Wanted to give feedback on the new Railroad Crossing Hazard icons, saw it went out of Beta without announcement last week

These new RRC icons are making it hard to determine if its placed correctly on a N / S road and E / W crossing

Seeing a few crossings where even at closest zoom 22 they are stacked on top of each other, making selection harder and you don’t know orientation anymore unless you click on the hazard (vs before the icon was at least oriented in the direction it would alert from)

Also being visible at Zoom 14 isn’t useful, can’t even see RR segments at that zoom
Seems like clutter on the map at those levels

Thank you for the feedback. I will pass it to the team. If I’m not mistaken, this change was introduced with the announcement: New Camera type are now available in WME for IL & NA.

1. When I change to compact mode, left menu dissapears - the solution is refresh the web, but it doesn´t remember compact mode and it opens again to standard mode,
2. It is not possible to log out - nothing happens when I click on log out from editor - after scenario “1”
3. I miss direct access for frequent tools in top bar - now I have to click more when want to add a new places,
4. no detail showed after click on POI / street / residential etc…
5. I don´t see residential detail in “popup”. Also while using WME PIE script they aren´t displayed

it is working fine when disabled.

Just two suggestions…
Is it possible to enable the option to “show residential names” just as it is for POIs and parking places?
Is it possible to enable “show the closest segment where will be driver navigated”?
It is pretty needed, because to create the residential is very easy, but if there are more streets around, now I don´t know where the road will lead.

Yes, I understand it and I sent suggestions

My opinion on left bar… please, move again functional buttons to the top. Hover function isn´t really user friendly. I must be precise not to choose add pedestrian instad of road… I think user should have the most often funcions on one click.

Hello Nataliia,

Thank you. Meanwhole I tried deactivating all the scripts and then reactivating them one by one. It looks like everything is working properly again now. Apparently the editors have successfully adjusted their scripts where necessary.

Hi,

With the introduction of complex house numbers I expected it to be possible to search on them in the WME.
But this doesn’t work (yet).

Example: Entering “Amsterdam, Amstel 12C” resulted in all kinds of suggestions but none very close to it.
No idea if this could be rated as “bug” but at least it would be nice to fix it.

We’ve just released a new version of WME prod, v2.242.

Below you can find a summary of the release.

Known issues:

• Compact mode: Road details: Selected chip looks pale while hovering in compact mode.
• Issue Tracker: clicking comment number buttons does not always light them up blue (selecting them).
• Venues: The last category under the venue could be deleted, but the save stack is empty. When you re-select the venue, category is still there.
• Remove my own suggestion: The status of the suggestion may temporarily display as “Awaiting Removal” after clicking the “Save” button. This can be resolved by refreshing the page.
• Saved search: ‘All issues’ should be marked as default in case custom default search is deleted.
  EDIT: Notice, updated after a sync with the Script Author
  We’ve discovered a compatibility issue with certain scripts and this new WME version.
  If you are using the PIE script , you may find the Map Editor crashes. We suggest to disable the place name ability of the script, until the script is updated. We apologize for any disruption and inconvenience this causes. We understand how crucial these scripts are to your editing flow and are in touch with script writers to further solve the issue.
  We’re also actively working on a WME SDK that will hopefully provide a more stable framework for scripts and ensure better compatibility between scripts and WME.
  Community suggestion:
  We have implemented 1 community suggestions
  - Include layers settings NOT marked as default: going forward, we won’t include the layer URL parameter by default.
  New features/enhancements:
