Works GREAT going through SYNC and my vehicle’s speakers, but I’ve noticed sometimes after getting a verbal direction from the app, the SYNC display will show ‘private session’ then ‘end call’ and then the voice that WAS coming through the speakers, not emits from the phone speaker.
Is there a way to get it back to the vehicle speakers/SYNC?

The issue I have had with this is that it seems that the Waze App takes over the audio output:
Start my podcast app through bluetooth everything is humming along. Start Waze a minute later it boots up and about 30 -60 seconds later (ie when it is giving the first driving instruction) I hear a click and no bluetooth sound.
How i fix it is the following:
Turn bluetooth off, let it sit there for a little bit (a minute or two). Let Ford Sync lose the connection (the bluetooth icon goes off on the dashboard), turn it back on and reconnect to the Ford Sync. I have had some success in starting the podcast or audio app first then Waze (Problem occurs maybe 10-15% of the time. On the flip side if I start Waze first and then the audio or podcast app I have issues (Problem occurs maybe 70% of the time)
I really haven’t been able to determine if it is a Waze App issue or if it is the phone (Galaxy Nexus, Jelly Bean, Custom ROM) so I haven’t posted about it. The Nexus was known for it’s headset issues so that is why I haven’t posted to the forums about this issue. I do have a suspicion that it is the Waze app causing the issue but haven’t been able to nail it down yet.
