Hello Anat, registered [emoji2]

Thank you very much for attending the Branding webinar held on March 29th!
In case you didn’t attend, make yourself a nice cup of something and enjoy the recording.
As Tim said, we kindly remind you to keep this information inside the community for now. We will launch the new logo and branding gradually throughout the year.

Here are our replies to the questions left unanswered during the webinar:

Andrew Pearse:
Question:
Wazers communicating reports to editors breaks down because if they reply by email the map editors never see it, only see replies in the app - could this be addressed and improved?

Answer:
We are well aware of issues with communication between editors and drivers in general and specifically with emails after opening Map Issues in the client. We are currently in early stages of devising a solution to optimising communication flows in Waze in general.

Question:
Many communities manage their own social network accounts (in Brazil, Instagram is for the whole country and FB for each state). Can we keep them? Is there any planning to centralize everything?
Thanks in advance!

Answer:
Of course you can keep them!
We encourage all communities to manage their own social media pages. Managing your own pages will allow you to be in charge of the content and make sure this platform is focused on your community and its needs.
That said, we recommend that each community have a social media coordinator, which will be added to the social media forum and social media hub, where they can get useful assets, request new ones and share ’tips and tricks’ with other communities.

Please feel free to share your feedback and further questions in this thread.

Thanks and stay safe
