I see lots of places named “… Rdbt”, but I don’t see “Rdbt” In the abbreviations list.

Is “Rdbt” an official waze abbreviation?

It’s not an official abbreviation, no. It seems to be present mostly on rather old roundabout area places - I generally map the names of these exactly how they are on any road signage.
